Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or associated field. Will maintain a “generalist” role, but will largely focus on and assisting in the development and implementation team member and management training & development programs coordinating investigations and addressing interpersonal and work related employee issues promoting team member well-being and a positive work and cultural environment initiatives and work with the DHR and staff management on policy creation and interpretation, productivity and attendance, and other workplace projects impacting both the management and team member UMCH experience.
Reporting to the Director–HR will assist in providing guidance and leadership to property management on matters of employee relations, and HR policies and practices.
